Sand 9 Silver Beach

Here is the latest offering. A small canvas painted at the beach and finished in the studio. Its number 9 in the new catalogue and part of a larger collection I am doing on the beaches around here in all the seasons.

New Colourful Wave

With all the snow and greyness outside I re-did a previous painting from last year with some more cheerful colours. Here's looking forward to Spring and some warmer, brighter days :)

Driftwood Sculptures

Had lots of driftwood gathered over the xmas holidays and was inspired to create something, so made these. Bit unsure about them, but they were enjoyable to do, so may produce some more and post them at a later date.

New Year Exhibition

Happy new year to you all and good luck for 2010. I currently have a small exhibition of paintings on display at The View restaurant in South East Cornwall. This place is one of the best restaurants around and its on the cliff at Whitsands with an amazing view ( hence the name :)

Woodcuts

Got inspired to do some woodcuts, so found some driftwood and bought some carving tools, and this is the result. They were very enjoyable to do :)

Surf Jumble

I will be attending the Surf Jumble with some art for sale and a few old boards as well. It is on this saturday so if anyone is going to be in the area pop in and say hello it should be fun. it all starts at 10am.
